A: Yes, we can send you a sample for you check first. It will take 3-7 working days to your door if we have it in stock after get the payment.
Q3, How long will you ship out the goods after i place the order on you?
A: We will make the shipment within 3days after your order is confirmed if it is standard order.
If it is customization order, the lead time depends on your exact requirements.
Q4. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in nice black gift boxes and brown cartons. Customized package are available.

A: Generally, it will take 5-7 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends

1.This warranty does not apply to any electric skateboard that has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident (ie:riding in wet conditions, dropping the board, smashing the board into objects etc)
2.Defects caused by Water ,Tampering or Unauthorized alterations or repairs are not covered by this warranty. Perishable items are not subject to warranty due to their deterioration through standard use, these items are - bearings, screws, tubes, tires, bushings, grip tape and wheels.
3.If the board is still under warranty and for some reason something breaks or simply stops working, we will repair or replace the part in question.
4.Parts required for warranty will be shipped to customers worldwide at no cost to the customer by China post . Warranty return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, however Maxfind will repair or replace and return free of charge ASAP .
WARNINGS
*If you purchased our board through a retailer, and not directly through Maxfind, you will need to consult the place of purchase for their return policy. We can not authorize refunds on behalf of our retailers.
*Do not disassemble the Product. Disassembling the Product will void this warranty. Only MAXFIND or a party expressly authorized by MAXFIND should perform service on this Product.
*Do not try to use the board in a deep water condition. Some parts like electric housing,bearing and other components can be damaged . Water damage is not covered under warranty.
*Manufacturer's warranty applies exclusively to new complete skateboards purchased from MAXFIND Company and their authorized retailers.
Skateboards purchased elsewhere, used condition, or second hand are not covered under warranty.
